We sell finished modular and prefabricated buildings, bought from specialist producers and delivered to your plot. Live 120 GmbH is the supplier and seller — the buildings are made in established factories, which means you get a production-line quality standard and a fixed delivery date instead of an open-ended building site.
Modular homes
Residential buildings assembled in a factory and delivered as complete modules. A single module works as a compact home or annexe; several combined give a full family house on one or two storeys. Insulation and glazing packages are specified for the climate the house is going to.

Before you order
What we supply, and what stays with you
A modular building is quick because the factory work happens in parallel with your site work. That only holds if the split of responsibility is clear from day one, so here it is.
Planning and building regulations differ from country to country, and in Germany from state to state. We can tell you the technical data a building-control office will ask for, but the permission itself has to be obtained by the owner or their architect. Ask us early — a set of factory drawings usually makes that application straightforward.
