A Berlin trading company for equipment and buildings
Live 120 GmbH buys and supplies industrial production equipment and ready-built modular buildings. We are a trading and supply business — the value we add is in sourcing, commercial terms and getting goods delivered, not in manufacturing them.
Who we are
Live 120 GmbH is a limited liability company registered in Berlin at the Charlottenburg local court under HRB 188713 B. We work business-to-business with manufacturers, plant operators, contractors, developers and dealers, mainly in Germany and the wider European Union, and increasingly with clients in the Baltic states.
The company is deliberately small and commercial. Enquiries are handled by the people who negotiate with suppliers, so answers about price, specification and lead time come from the person who actually has the information.
What we actually do
Two things, kept separate on this website because buyers rarely need both at once:
- Industrial and production equipment. We supply machinery, plant components, workshop equipment and spare parts, sourced new or professionally refurbished from established manufacturers and dealers.
- Modular and prefabricated buildings. We supply finished modular buildings — homes, office and site modules, small commercial units and technical modules — bought from specialist producers and delivered to your plot.
In both cases we are the seller and the supplier. We are not the manufacturer, and we say so plainly: it is the reason we can compare several producers against one specification instead of defending a single product line.
How we buy
A request usually arrives as a specification, a datasheet, a drawing or simply a description of a problem on site. We turn that into a buyable specification, take it to suppliers we have worked with before, and come back with options rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it price.
Where a requirement falls outside what we normally handle, we say so. A supplier who takes on work they cannot deliver costs the buyer far more than one who declines early.
Markets and languages
We are based in Berlin and deliver across the European Union, with regular shipments to Germany, Austria, Poland, the Baltic states and the Nordics. Enquiries can be sent in English, German or Latvian and will be answered in the same language.
What we commit to
- A written answer to every enquiry within one working day.
- Quotations that state the specification, the delivery term, the lead time and what is excluded.
- No order placed with a supplier before you have confirmed the quotation.
- The documentation the goods legally require, supplied with the goods.
